Cookout: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at River’s Edge Picnic Grove

Park Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Price: $10.00 per person (children 2 and under are free)
Maximum of 4 tickets at the discounted $10 price.
Additional tickets may be purchases at the full rate of $62.80 per person.

Staff must be in attendance with guest(s).
All employees who routinely work a minimum of 16 hours per week, over the 6 week period of 6/19/23 – 7/28/23
are eligible for discounted tickets to corporate events.

Total cost will be deducted from your paycheck by payroll on the following dates:

Beacon ABA – 8/17/23

Evergreen – 8/17/23

Criterion – 8/24/23

HSMC – 8/24/23

Beacon CT – 8/25/23

If you need to cancel your registration, you must provide notice in writing to events@hsmc.org before Friday, July 28, 2023. After this date, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or for anyone who does not pick up or use their tickets.
