Please register by Friday, May 4th

– Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.

– Limited tickets are available.

Staff may bring their spouse, children or grandchildren
at a discounted ticket rate of $5.00 per person.
Children 2 years and younger are free and do not
need to register.

Total cost will be deducted by payroll from your
paycheck. Staff must be in attendance with guest(s).
All employees who routinely work a minimum of 16
hours per week are eligible for discounted tickets and
corporate events. Please note: The full value price
($29.00) will be deducted from your paycheck in the
event you sign up and do not attend.

Spaces: Total number of tickets requesting. Please include yourself. Children under 2 do not need tickets or to be listed.
